In fact you’ll pay 50% less. How does that work? In a traditional contingent staffing firm you pay 20% to 30% of base salary for contingent recruitment. Let’s say the base salary for the role you need filled is $100,000. 20% of $100,000 = $20,000, 30% of $100,000 = $30,000.

You’ll pay $20,000 to $30,000 for 1 placement using the contingent recruitment model.

By partnering with us you’ll pay 50% less as we charge 10% to 15% of base salary to fill the same opening. For this opening that would equal $10,000 or $15,000.
